About the Role:
Join Tower Auto Sales as an Automotive Title Clerk, where you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth vehicle transactions. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to contribute to our customer-first approach. You will be provided with your own office space.
Responsibilities:
- Process vehicle titles and registrations efficiently and accurately.
- Manage and organize title files and records for easy access.
- Handle discrepancies and resolve title-related issues promptly.
- Taking and uploading pictures on website of vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of DMV/Title processing (in-state and out of state)
- Proficiency with Dealer Center is a plus
- Bill Deliveries in timely manor
- Knowledge about Verifi is required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of automotive title laws and regulations is a plus.
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive environment is required
- Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
